For three decades I have worked in one capacity or another within the domain of HVAC. This fulfilling time has afforded me a rich repertoire of skills and experiences directly transferable to team members within this domain. In addition, I have acquired skills and experiences that are transferable to team members in a variety of areas.

As a self proclaimed “life long learner” I have spent many weekends and weeknights studying organizational behaviour and more specifically the mechanisms of interactions and collaborations. During my masters and doctoral studies over the past fifteen years I specialized in understanding the mechanics of human interactions specific to collaborations and negotiations. These studies included the publication of several papers and book chapters as well as field research carried out as part of my doctoral thesis.

My journey has also allowed me the opportunity to speak, construct curriculum and facilitate learning to, for and with adult learners . In so doing I have gathered knowledge regarding the most effective and efficient methods with which to inspire and engage the adult learner. The net result is the construction of an upskilling acquisition environment optimized for professionals seeking to augment their skills in the most expedient and robust manner.
